They are great at helping 'till the sales. Aftersales service though is of low quality and oral agreements they make hold no value. Everything you agree on orally, have it put on paper as well ( signed ).

The customer service is a failure in many ways. I have had good experiences in the past with this company but I believe and can say without a doubt that they have lost the true wae.
A whole lot of great equipment.
They charged 25 for repairing my back wheel which is exspensive but fine. But they did not put enough air pressure on my wheel and the wheel was not centered. They wanted to earn easy money without performing a great job, just doing whats absolutely necessary. Wouldn't recommend this place.
Piest is a professional store in image & sound, notebooks & tablets, white goods & built-in appliances, household items, bicycles & e-bikes both new and old. They also repair bikes and their price is quite expensive
